There is also an extremely useful Seasonal Fish chart at the back of the book, which is perfect for me as I like to cook with the seasons on all culinary fronts. One of the best-loved of all Northumbrian folk songs, 'When the Boat Comes In' is perhaps as well known under its alternative title 'Dance to your Daddy'.
